+ I want to buy accessories from you for my shop, what do I do?
Are you already an existing customer? If yes you can contact your account manager and discuss your requirements. If you are a new customer, we’ve got a trade application form at the bottom of this page. You will need to fill this form in before you can place an order with Syntiga.
+ Where is my order?
You can find out the status of your order by contacting your account manager.
+ I have found a fault in one of the products I ordered, what do I do?
In order to be credited for the faulty product, you will need to follow our returns procedure guideline. This can be found at the bottom of the page. You will also be required to fill in a returns form.
+ I have a store in another country; will there be any problems with the delivery of my order?
No, not at all, our logistics allow us to ship to anywhere in the world, quickly and efficiently.
